EXPERT EDIT OVERVIEW

Now you notice that there are some items you would like to make changes to and want to know how. You are able to accomplish this with going to the individual item, with this feature the following items can be changed:

• Product

  • Image

    • The primary image can be changed by selecting an already existing image or uploading a new one and clicking on it so the outline is on that image specifically.
    • You are also able to add by Drag and drop or Clicking to upload a file like warranty or product pdf's

  • Product Details

    • Name can be edited here

    • Descriptions are able to be altered 
    • Item Grouping (Group Number or Family Grouping) - This is how you can link or unlink items together.

  • Additional Data

    • • Dimensions - Can be adjusted here with Height, Width and Length 
      • Included Items - Items can be added or removed for this item with the Type, Qty and Description for anything that needs to be added.
      • Recommended Items - You can add a List of Items or a Keyword Search
      • Optional Items - You can add a List of Items or a Keyword Search

• Pricing 

  • This will allow you to affect only this specific item. Updating any information here will not be overridden or updated with the next file provided from the vendor that we will be processing. You are able to change both the Store Price and Web Price and can use the drop down for the Use Pricing Tier, Use Fixed Price, Use Custom Markup or the Default Tier can be applied. (if you have the supplier setting for "Use IMAP as Actual" your pricing will not change, if you use markups or pricing tiers. You need to use a Fixed Price instead.)

• Meta Data

  • You can remove or add the Category, Subcategory, Finish, Style, Options, Inventory/Attributes and keywords to associate with the item. Keywords can also be added for this specific item if you want it to be more searchable.

• Visibility

  • This option will allow the item to be seen on the Web as a web guest or if your customer is logged in. 
  • If you have a data feed, you can also remove the item from the feed by hiding the items on both lines.
