How Inventory is Handled in XO Logic

Common question about inventory amounts:

• What do the different numbers mean in the inventory column of my data feed? 
• Why isn't there an amount listed for inventory? 
• Why is there a negative number listed for inventory? 

Answers:

• If the manufacturer sends us stock, we will put that value in the In Stock field ( 1, 2, 3, etc)
• If the manufacturer is out of inventory or we know they don’t have inventory it will be set to 0
• If the manufacturer has inventory but won’t disclose the quantities it will be a negative number. This will indicate they have quantities on hand but don’t provide how many. (-1, -2, -3, etc)
• If the value is left blank, this will indicate that we haven’t received any update from them for more than a week and that they may or may not have any inventory for the item.
